Providing a quality, faith-based education for children in preschool through 8th grade is our primary goal.
With no state or federal funding available, the school is dependent upon church member donations,
modest tuition, and fund-raising efforts. Past year’s auction funds have provided playground equipment,
computers, new curriculum series, and teacher aid salaries. Our goal for this year’s funds is to provide a
resource teacher for students with special needs.

We hope you will be able to add your support to our efforts by one or more of the following:

- Purchase a ticket to attend the dinner and auction on May 5th, 2007
- Donate an item for the silent and/or oral auction
- Purchase a program sponsorship for publication in the auction booklet
- Purchase a website ad on the auction website (stpaulauction.com)

Our fundraising format allows anyone to be able to make a donation, whether it’s a homemade item, gift
certificate for dinner at your favorite restaurant, or trip for eight to hunt big game in Canada!

We look forward to sharing a wonderful evening together on May 5th, 2007.

Ahoy from St. Paul Auction Committee 2007!

St. Paul Lutheran Church and School is proud to
announce the 12th Annual Benefit Dinner and
Auction “Setting Sail with St. Paul”! Lift anchor with
us on May 5th, 2007, for a fun-filled evening of
dinner and action-packed auctioning!

Since 1996, St. Paul has been blessed with
successful fundraising efforts through this fun annual
event. More than 300 people attend the auction
each year, and there are 300-400 items up for bid in
the silent auction and 100-125 items in the oral
auction. The evening begins with touring your
“cruise ship” decks and bidding on silent auction
items. After our catered dinner, the action gets hot
with light-hearted bidding for our oral auction items.
